Igniting the Light Within Every Soul
Every soul has a light—my work is helping you reconnect with yours.
I believe every spirit and soul carries its own authentic beauty. As a spiritual healer, I support healing from the inside out by serving as a compassionate channel for healing energy, intuition, and presence. Deeply connected to the spiritual world, I’m attuned to subtle energies, emotions, and unspoken needs—allowing me to meet each person exactly where they are.
Through gentle touch, intuitive guidance, and a calm, loving presence, I create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel truly seen, cared for, and empowered to release what no longer serves them. In addition to one-on-one sessions, I also offer in-person gatherings, workshops, and healing events, creating sacred communal spaces where collective energy, connection, and shared intention deepen the healing experience and support spiritual growth on a broader level. Alongside my healing work, I’m honored to volunteer with Healing Our Heroes, supporting their mission to provide holistic healing services to veterans, first responders, and their families—an expression of service that is deeply woven into my purpose and path. A Journey of Healing and Awakening
My journey began in 2021 at my first Holistic Healing Fair in Sioux Falls. From the moment I stepped into that space, I felt an undeniable pull toward the community and the energy surrounding it. I returned to each fair feeling called—knowing I was searching for something meaningful, even if I couldn’t yet put it into words. Through intuitive readings, conversations, and personal experiences, familiar themes continued to surface, gently guiding me inward and inviting deeper self‑reflection.
As I explored holistic practices—including essential oils, crystal work, sage, prayer, and energetic healing—I began to experience profound shifts on every level: spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical. This journey led me to face and heal past traumas, teaching me that true transformation doesn’t come from outside sources—it begins within. With each layer of healing, I reconnected more fully with my authentic self and a deeper sense of purpose.
Through learning to nurture and heal myself, I uncovered my calling: to create a safe, supportive space where others feel seen, supported, and empowered on their own healing journeys. My work is rooted in compassion, intuition, and presence, honoring each individual’s unique path and inner wisdom.

The Creation of Inner Shimmer with Cheryl
With this clarity and alignment, Inner Shimmer with Cheryl was born. “Inner Shimmer” represents the inner light that lives within us all and becomes brighter as we heal. Since founding Inner Shimmer, I have continued to deepen my practice and am now a certified Usui Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master. These modalities allow me to support both gentle relaxation and deeper emotional and energetic healing, always guided by compassion and intention.
I am also a certified AromaTouch® Technique Practitioner, Reflexologist, and Essential Oil Specialist, offering complementary practices that promote calm, balance, and overall well‑being. At Inner Shimmer, I provide a safe and nurturing space where all are welcome to release, restore, and feel truly loved.
My mission is to serve as a bridge and vessel for healing—bringing awareness and gentle guidance to those who are ready to heal and simply need support along the way. I believe true healing comes from within, and my role is to help others remember how to heal themselves, always working in alignment with the highest good of each individual.
